Prefabrication
Our attitude toward prefabrication starts from the onset/ preconstruction phase of the project. During our first internal preconstruction meeting for the project the Project Team identifies what systems will be fabricated. From there we will meet with the Construction Manager to discuss our prefabrication plan. As the systems/area are coordinated, we will define the prefabricated systems length, heights and the logistics for deliveries and installations.
Regardless of the size of the project Sauer Mechanical, LLC is continuously prefabricating systems to the greatest extent possible.
Our fabrication shop is over 5,000 square feet with 2,000 square feet of covered area which is used as needed for less critical welds. Our 500 square foot Clean Room shop is used for Stainless Steel and other Exotic Metals with dedicated equipment such as purge bags which are used exclusively in this space.
